Everyone needs a hand in life now and then. My role is to provide a safe place to connect, discover, resolve. A gentle hand to guide and support. And sometimes two hands to cheer and clap.
My specialty is helping people manage all the things life throws...or maybe doesn't throw... your way. A recent engagement or marriage and a desire to learn the skills to get it right. A realization you're not going to have children. Resolving childhood and relationship disappointments and hurts. A marriage that's floundering or perhaps even failing. A job you hate but see no way out. A sudden fear. A general sense of unhappiness. Retirement and what to do next. Grief and loss of a loved one.
Life is full of transitions and bumps along the way. Life can be wonderful and life can be hard. I bring to you a helpful hand.
